Turnover levels
Basic
Routine cleaning of an empty unit: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, appliance exteriors, dusting and a checklist.
Standard
Basic plus cabinet and drawer interiors, appliance interiors if agreed, accessible baseboards and a photo report.
Deep / Heavy-Duty
Standard plus agreed buildup and detail work. Heavy soil is quoted manually after review.
