What is not included?
Biohazards, exterior windows, structural repairs, heavy furniture moving and outdoor work, unless separately agreed.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Send an email at least 24 hours before service. Terms for any fee are set in your agreement.
What if something was missed?
Tell us. Verified omissions are eligible for reasonable corrective cleaning.
How do I report damage?
Please report suspected damage in writing within 48 hours so we can review it. This does not limit your legal rights.
Do you offer medical or school cleaning?
Not at this time. These settings need specialized protocols.
